We recently engaged with Career Ascend for career counseling for our son, who is in Grade 9. The comprehensive assessment conducted by the team, which included personality, interest, and skills analysis, was incredibly insightful. The detailed report provided a clear understanding of his strengths, weaknesses, and potential career paths. The one-on-one discussion with Ms. Rajalakshmi was particularly outstanding. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, and she patiently explained every aspect of the report. Her expertise and thoughtful guidance made the entire process smooth and highly beneficial. We are from an NGO called Udayan Care. So we help girls from weak socio-economic backgrounds financially and in skill development. So, for some of our girls, we needed a Career Counselor. And we were suggested Mrs Rajalakshmi Padmaraj's name, saying she was good. But she wasn't just good, she gave an exhaustive list of the kind of jobs that could be taken up by our girls after their 12th. We were so impressed with her knowledge and are also so thankful for her time to take that session. ????

Ms Rajalaksmi is essentially the most genuinely concerned counsellor I have come across. She has been courteous, polite, updated, fully aware, knowledgeable and at the same time upfront and honest in her guidance. She has provided vital answers that were apt for the kind of questions we had and has mentored the child absolutely wonderfully. From the interaction we have had with her, she clearly reflects a sense of service and passion in her job which puts her above and beyond other councellors whom we have dealt with. Kudos to her for her patience, enthusiasm and wonderful mannerism of dealing with teenagers. A 100% reliable mentor whom I recommend to others.
