Uma Ram

Ms. Uma Ram is an ambitious, strong minded and hard working individual. She is passionate towards education and technology and is highly committed to sharing her knowledge and channelizing the younger generation. She believes every individual is unique and possesses inherent skills that need to be identified and nurtured. After completing her Master’s degree from BITS, Pilani, she has been working with a wide range of students from middle school level to college graduates, both in India and abroad, for more than a decade. Her excellent leadership qualities were demonstrated when she led a set of students for a Science Expo in India and a Science Olympiad in USA, on two different occasions, successfully. During her long career in education, she has taught engineering subjects in a leading college in Coimbatore, advanced math at Ann Arbor, USA, has worked as an academic coordinator for a leading secondary school in Hosur and has offered career guidance to students when associated with T.I.M.E. institution. During her stay in the US, she was an active member of the International Neighbors Organization and exchanged cultural heritage with women of various ethnicity and international background. She enjoys Music, Math and reading books.
